ランゲンフェルト（ラインランド）での周辺の簡単なハイキングとウォーキング

A very nice, short and easy tour.

The history of the Müllerhof estate dates back to 1307. Located north of Leichlingen's town center, it is one of the oldest estates in the region. The size and architectural style of the estate are quite impressive. Following careful restoration, a hotel is planned to open next to the stud farm.

The Wupper River flows peacefully near the Müllerhof. It rises near Börlinghausen and flows for approximately 115 kilometers before emptying into the Rhine. Here, the river meanders quietly through the landscape – ideal for a few relaxing moments on its banks.

Very interesting: besides Waldhof Hackhausen, the Hackhauser Hof, and the moated castle of the same name, there's also this castle. I haven't been able to find out much about it yet, but it's an imposing building in a beautiful wooded and heathland area.

In Krudersheid and Götsche, and the adjacent Ohligser Heide nature reserve, there are numerous small streams and waterways. A beautiful area for walking and exploring.
