A statue of Francis of Assisi depicts the founder of the Franciscan Order and holds religious and symbolic significance. He lived from 1181/1182 to 1226. He founded the Franciscan Order and consciously lived in poverty, simplicity, and closeness to nature. His model was the life of Jesus Christ in humility and charity.

Whether on foot or by bicycle, alone or with the whole family, you can learn a great deal about nature and the environment on the nature trails. Interactive stations invite you to participate. Children can borrow a research backpack or take part in a guided tour.

Beautiful fish in the small pond

Small platform from which you can feed the fish and ducks. There is special food available to buy.

The information point is open on Saturdays and Sundays from April to October (https://www.bad-saulgau.de/tourismus/natur/naturthemenpark-bad-saulgau/infopunkt). You can find out a lot about the local animals and much more. There is a bio-toilet opposite (fees apply).

Very nice park just for relaxing. There are numerous places to sit under an arcade. A stream meanders along there. The water is lukewarm and there is a pool for foot and hand care, as well as a small Kneipp pool.

Very nice theme park in the area of the clinic and thermal baths. There are wooden walkways between the ponds. There are ducks, koi, grey herons and even a beaver den.
