🔔✨ The historic bell tower of Greetsiel is an architectural gem that has a feature very typical for East Frisia: It stands proudly and freely next to the actual church.

A moment on this bridge, while the boats glide silently past below, is like a deep breath of East Frisian serenity. 🛶🌊📸

🚣✨ The view from the wooden bridge at the Greetsieler Tief offers an idyllic postcard view, perfectly capturing the tranquil, inland life of the fishing village. While the harbor is dominated by shrimp boats, the Tief belongs entirely to recreational boaters.

🔭 The observation tower at the visitor center is a striking metal structure located directly on the border between the sandy beach and the kite-flying meadow in Norddeich. It offers visitors a free and unobstructed panoramic view across the UNESCO World Heritage Wadden Sea to the islands of Juist and Norderney.

🚶 The DECK (National Park Promenade) is the modernized waterfront of Norddeich, combining coastal protection with a first-class nature experience along approximately two kilometers. The barrier-free promenade, with its striking seating steps ("sea terraces"), a dune nature trail, and expansive views of the Wadden Sea World Heritage Site, offers a unique quality of life right by the sea.

🚢⚓️ The paddle steamer Concordia II connects the picturesque village of Carolinensiel with the coastal town of Harlesiel via the Harle River. The landing stages serve as starting points for nostalgic shuttle trips and round trips on the inland waterway.
