The Salto de la Novia in Cirat is a stunning waterfall located in the Alto Mijares region in the province of Castellón. It is an ornamental monument that represents the 50 Spanish provinces through its 50 spouts, each one with the heraldic shield of a province. The water from the spouts falls into a rectangular and elongated stone basin. The fountain has undergone several changes over the years. Originally it was called Fuente Juan Alves and consisted of a large pool. During the dictatorship of Primo de Rivera, mayor Pedro Moreno added 40 spouts, which were later expanded to 50.

To visit this waterfall you have to climb some high steps carved in the stone. You have to be careful when they are wet because they are quite slippery. The view of the waterfall is impressive.
