The 5.5-meter-high stainless steel cross on the Querweg trail above Goldberg and below Sonnenhalde was erected in October 2022 by the Bad Imnau volunteer fire department's senior members. It serves as a striking religious landmark overlooking the Eyach Valley and is visible from afar. This modern metal cross is an example of new places of worship in the region.
