From the observation tower on the Käpfle (Old Castle) near Reutlingen-Bronnweiler, which was built in 1974 and has been newly renovated since 2019, you have a beautiful view of the northern edge of the Middle Swabian Alb, the Alb foothills and across the Neckar valley to the Schönbuch.

The large forecourt is equipped with solid table sets and there is also a covered grill.

Georgenberg is always worthwhile and has a great all-round view.

Today it's sunny and minus degrees, everything is covered in snow, so it's definitely worth the climb to Georgenberg.

There is a path leading up to the viewing mountain, which is well suited for trail running or hiking. The view is worthwhile. From Georgenberg you have a view over Reutlingen in the north and Pfullingen in the east. The mountain is very striking due to its symmetrical, cone-like shape and is an absolute highlight at sunset.🏃‍♀️😎

Great view over the whole of Tübingen to the Wurmlinger chapel and in the background the panorama of the Swabian Jura.

A beautiful panoramic view, there is a bench at the top where you can enjoy the panoramic view longer.😊

The Achalm (707 m) is one of the most important landmarks in Reutlingen, along with the Marienkirche and the Tübinger Tor. Unfortunately, only a few remains of the walls of the former castle and today's lookout tower, built around 1838 on the foundations of the former keep, have survived.
