Eppingen's town hall and market square are truly a highlight. There's always something going on here. A stroll through the old town is considerably quieter.

The castle park was purchased by the municipality and laid out in its current form between 1982 and 1988.

Today, the building is used for hospitality and houses a restaurant that serves as a central meeting place for the community. It is a popular venue for local events and offers a cozy atmosphere for visitors and residents.

The church has a pointed arch neo-Romanesque portal and a tall, slender tower with a six-sided pointed dome crowned by a roof finial with a cross. There are six narrow pointed arch windows on each of the eaves sides.

The old Franconian farmstead Lerchennest from the early 17th century is home to a special feature in the German museum landscape: the only museum dedicated specifically to Frederick the Great (1712-1786), commemorating his attempted escape as an 18-year-old crown prince in 1730. In vivid documentation, visitors learn interesting facts about Frederick's life and work, as well as the reasons why he wanted to flee. In addition, regular special exhibitions address cultural-historical topics and agricultural equipment is on display in the outbuildings.
