A very beautiful place

The first wooden church probably stood on this site shortly after 800. The Gothic church was initially built as a stone building around the middle of the 13th century. The rectangular choir is connected by a Romanesque round arch, but already has a pointed arched cross-ribbed vault, although still with ribbon ribs.
