The mill is now open again as a restaurant. We had delicious food there recently. There is also a lot for children to discover, even a separate children's menu to color in.

The former stand-Dutch windmill was built by master miller Rudolf Wiechmann in 1878 and was used by his successors until 1970. The base is an octahedral brick building. With 3 floors and the mill head, it has a total height of 30m. From 1970 to 1996 the mill was used as a restaurant or stood empty. After that it was used for residential purposes and as a glass blowing workshop with a sales stand. It is currently privately owned and cannot be visited.
