The Warsow Church is a Gothic building and the oldest church in the Stralendorf district, probably built in the 12th or 13th century. The interior is brick-walled. The ceiling was originally vaulted. Its choir is constructed from an octagon, and its tower is extended into the single-nave space in such a way that it appears to grow out of the roof. Its retaining walls stand at the bottom of the church and divide the front part of the nave into three parts. The tower supports an octagonal pyramid covered with slate. In 1863, the windows were enlarged, thus depriving them of their original form. In 1891/1892, the church was expanded and its interior renovated. In the 1970s, work on the roof and interior became necessary, resulting in the loss of some of the wood paneling. A baptismal font, pulpit, and pews from 1892 have been preserved, as has the old carved altar screen on the north side. During the renovations from 1974 to 1976, a simple altar table was installed.

The Perlin village church is a remarkable example of North German church architecture. Built in the mid-13th century, the church is a towerless fieldstone church with a characteristic dome-shaped vault in the choir area.

On the way from Gadebusch to Wittenburg, the church village of Perlin is a little off the beaten path. The place was first mentioned in documents in 1222. The church is a towerless fieldstone building from the middle of the 13th century, but only the window in the east wall of the choir and the pointed arched portal of the priest's gate on the south wall remain of the original Gothic architectural style. The retracted square choir has a domed vault on rectangular ribs and a slightly ogival triumphal arch. After a fire in 1734, the nave was rebuilt in its current form and covered with a flat ceiling. The half-timbered gables on the east sides of the nave and choir also date from the time of the renovation. On the west side there is a free-standing belfry with a bronze bell from 1735, cast by Laurentius Strahlborn in Lübeck. On the bell with the inscription there is also the coat of arms of the donor Elisabet Margaret Sophia von Lützow, née von Ditten. In 1946 the entire interior was destroyed by the Soviet occupying forces. In 1948, after a temporary renovation, the church was rededicated. The renovation of the building, including the bell tower, was completed in 1992 and the interior was renovated in 1995. The eye-catcher of the new, simple interior is the rustic altar table with the triumphal cross from the Pokrent church. There is a small brick grave chapel in the adjoining cemetery. Behind it is a family grave of the Counts of Bassewitz. https://www.dorfkirchen-in-mv.de/content/Version_1/detail_total.php?Reg_Nr=424

This historic building, built in 1852, is Wittenburg's jewel. It boasts a surprising architectural style for a small Mecklenburg town. The town hall is very popular with bridal couples due to its inviting interiors and beautiful open staircase.

In Wittenburg, cultural history and modernity have found a pleasant harmony. A picturesque setting in extensive forests, lush meadows and colorful fields give the small Mecklenburg town its scenic location. Lively - like the town itself - the Motel River meanders through Wittenburg, which has around 5,000 inhabitants. Its history is as varied as the town. Already mentioned as an important trading town in the Imperial Charter of Lübeck in 1226, Wittenburg is one of the oldest towns in Mecklenburg. The Wittenburg market square exudes a special flair. A graceful square, surrounded by buildings from different centuries. The jewel of the market square, however, is the town hall, built in 1852. The unusual architectural style based on English Tudor Gothic, but above all the name of the famous Schwerin castle architect G. A. Demmer, make this building unique among the town halls in West Mecklenburg. The only flour sack museum in the world now stands on the former castle grounds of the Amtsberg. The municipal local history museum and the Amtsberg tower are also worth a visit.
