Top location, not just as a swimming place, very nice view. Simply make a short stop and capture the impressions and perspectives. Beautiful spot on the water and one of the best and most beautiful rest areas on the route.

This idyllic vantage point offers breathtaking views over the elongated lake, part of an impressive chain of lakes stretching from Lake Müritz to Lake Plau. The town of Malchow, a picturesque island town and climatic health resort, can be seen from this vantage point. Nestled in the beautiful natural surroundings, the town offers a charming view. A tour with the Müritz White Fleet to Malchow is an excellent way to start the day. The swing bridge in Malchow is a spectacular sight not to be missed. The subsequent cycle ride back to Waren via Göhren and Lake Fleesensee is a delight for every cyclist, with picturesque landscapes and charming paths. A special experience is taking a break at the Seewirtschaft on the beach and continuing the journey via Klink to Waren. This part of the route is particularly beautiful and offers many opportunities to linger and enjoy the view. The path to the viewpoint can be a bit difficult in places, with nettles and other natural obstacles, but the effort is worth it for the spectacular view you can enjoy at the end.
