Beautiful, natural circular hiking trail around the Großer and Kleiner Klobichsee lakes. Signposted as "Großer Rundwanderweg um den Klobichsee" (yellow dot on a white background). Quaint & beautiful... The campsite is a good starting/ending point, where there is also a small, simple snack bar and restrooms. The beautiful beach is also highly recommended. Despite the summer holidays, we were alone on the circular hike... Wonderfully quiet and enchantingly beautiful.

The white water nymph lives in the lake. People say that the water nymph is the spirit of a robber baron who was killed in ancient times by a tormented farmer because of his cruelty. On the night of November 11th to 12th, a strange fiery glow shines in the middle of the lake. Then the white water nymph walks around the lake three times and is so bright and clear that all people who have not cheated anyone on St. Martin's Day can see him clearly. Every 12th person is a descendant of the farmer, and the water nymph wants revenge on them. Anyone who walks around the lake, swims in it, skates or rows on it is grabbed by the water nymph and pulled into the depths. But it is not long before he disappears back into the flood with a loud hiss.

Beautiful hike on and around the Klobichsee. Unfortunately, no places to stop for refreshments!

There is also a nice bathing area and rest area here

Very quiet place to rest. Also seen four gray herons. Nearby there is the tallest tree in Brandenburg. It is 48 m high and a Douglas fir.

Small forest lake where you can usually swim. However, since the water is estimated to be 50 cm lower, this is not recommended.

The smaller lake is right next to the big brother. And all in the midst of a wonderful hilly landscape.
