This bathing spot at the lower end of Lake Ruppin near Alt Friesack is particularly charming and offers plenty of space. Plenty of sun as needed, or shade from larger trees. Stunningly beautiful rocks along the shoreline don't interfere with entering the water. There are many niches. In fact, there are several bathing spots lined up next to each other here. Note: It's also a real highlight as a viewing point. Treading water would be a good alternative, as the entrance is quite shallow.

There is a very nice, easy-to-walk circular path around the lake.

The nun, named Amelie, was said to have been of extraordinary beauty. The young woman fled because she could no longer bear life behind the monastery walls. In a sense, she shared the same fate as Katharina von Bora,

Probably one of the 10 most beautiful bathing spots in northern Brandenburg! - Very atmospheric. Well designed with picturesque rocks. Several small bays and niches, sheltered and shady areas by strong trees - you can and should linger here. Overall a great facility, worth seeing even in winter. There are changing rooms and toilets.
