The Peace Memorial in Edenkoben was built in 1899 on the Werderberg near Edenkoben in memory of the victory in the war of 1870/71. The equestrian figure is a naked youth holding an olive branch in his hand and holding it up as a sign of peace. From there you have a nice view of the Rhine valley on Edenkoben.

Great PWV hut with huge sun terrace for relaxing and short brekes. The hospitality is always top. The cake 🍰 is always a highlight whether biking or hiking 🥾

Beautiful little Weiher with small boats and Gastrobetrieb on the upper Weiherseite. In the year 462 two aquatic king-children are said to have found rest and security on their flight.
