Amazing view of the Rhön (Kreuzberg, Heidelstein), Mellrichstadt and surrounding area

A very beautiful, old and idyllic bridge over the Saale River. I love these types of bridges, so it's a lovely highlight.

I'm impressed by the magnificent pilgrimage church. I happened to pass by, and the trip was worth it. It's well worth seeing.

In Behrungen you can see an abundance of half-timbered buildings, each one more beautiful than the last. Behrungen was awarded the European Village Renewal Prize in 2016.

The Irmelshausen bathing lake and campsite is located directly on the green belt and at the foot of the Gleichberge mountains. The area, which was created in the mid-1970s, was completely renovated in 2017/18. The supply area was sustainably upgraded through renovation and new construction measures, the sanitary facilities were completely renovated and are now barrier-free. The family-friendly bathing and fishing lake is surrounded by a spacious lawn.
