The Ofterschwanger Horn is a mountain in the Allgäu Alps that rises above the community of Ofterschwang. It is the northernmost peak of the Horn group with a height of 1406 meters. A few meters below the main summit there is an east-facing spur at an altitude of 1396 meters.
