The Salzburg Hochthron is 1,852 m above sea level. NHN, after the Berchtesgadener Hochthron, the second highest peak of the Untersberg massif in the Berchtesgaden Alps. In the national park, cycling is only permitted on the paths that have been approved for this purpose, in order to protect the sensitive habitats of animals and plants and to avoid conflicts between user groups. Gotzenstraße and Hochbahnweg to Gotzenalm and access to the Stahlhaus; 6. Ligeretstrasse.
