Everything has already been written about the castle. Unfortunately it is privately owned and cannot be visited. But a very nice view below the ruins.

When descending to the rock pulpit, a wooden fence has been set up on the edge of the slope, the path has been made more accessible and lines have been attached to hold on or pull up. Thus, the descent is now also suitable for people who are not that sure-footed.

The wild and romantic Wisper Valley is definitely one of the most beautiful valleys in the Taunus. Deep in the valley and far away from the road, the eponymous brook is dammed into a 200 meter long lake. The benches on the bank invite you to take a rest. You can also fish here and there is a small lawn for sunbathing.
