Campsite & natural pool Burg Wallenstein. Bombs of space and a great natural swimming pool. A bathing beach to linger. Lovely here.

The almost square inner castle is surrounded by a strong shield wall, large parts of which are still preserved. Many other buildings were demolished to obtain materials. A round stair tower that remained was recently converted into a lookout tower by installing a spiral staircase. Only a few remains of the walls of the spacious outer castle have survived. A beautiful spot in the middle of Germany. I also found the gastronomy below the castle to be very good.
