Former orphanage of the Lenoir Foundation, later used as transitional housing for emigrants and resettlers. The buildings had been empty since 2000 and were more or less left to decay. Now privately owned: The buildings have been purchased and the buyer would like to renovate the properties in the following years and convert and design them into a residential complex for people aged 50+.
