Easy to get to from the Green Circular

Enjoy the little oasis that is Trottick Mill Ponds Local Nature Reserve. The reserve is situated in the Trottick area of Dundee and is home to two small ponds that were built almost 200 years ago. The reserve is home to some diverse wildlife including birds, frogs, swans, water voles and the wonderful otter.

Mains Castle is a medieval, 16th century castle located in the northern suburb of Caird Park in Dundee. The castle was once the residence of the Scrymgeour family, a Highland Scottish Clan, and is now open for the public, hosting many weddings and events.

Grassy Beach is a wonderful 1-mile stretch of shared-use path that stretches the waterfront in Dundee. It is one of the few areas of original grassland remaining in Dundee!

The Tay Road Bridge was built between 1963 & 1966. It's 2250m in length and spans the Firth of Tay between Dundee and Newport-on-Tay. You get great views of the bridge and across the estuary from the cycle path and roads that run along the shore.

Mains Castle - only a stone's throw away from Caird Park - is a nice spot to have a walk around.
