It's about a 30-minute walk from the Mutteralmbahn cable car to the alpine hut, and the path is stroller-friendly. If you like Kaiserschmarrn, we only serve it Monday through Friday. No chance on weekends. I would have loved to try one, but we were too early. But despite all that, I would still recommend the alpine hut.

Natters Parish Church is a historic, Gothic building dating back to the 15th century and a landmark of the village. Its High Gothic tower is visible from afar, and its façade boasts an ornate rose window. Inside, visitors will find a light-filled nave with a magnificent high altar and ceiling frescoes depicting religious history. The churchyard surrounding the church offers beautiful views of the Karwendel Mountains and invites you to linger. The parish church is a quiet place of contemplation, ideal for hikers and visitors who wish to enjoy the spiritual atmosphere and the surrounding nature.

Lake Natterer See is a picturesque natural lake west of Natters, just a few kilometers from Innsbruck. Nestled among rolling hills and dense forests, it offers an idyllic setting for relaxation and leisure activities. In summer, the lake is a popular destination for bathing, swimming, and sunbathing. The water is clear and warms up pleasantly in the warmer months. Around the lake, there are lawns, jetties, and a large water sports facility with slides, a water trampoline, and stand-up paddleboard rentals. The lake is part of the Natterer See holiday paradise, an award-winning campsite with modern accommodations, a restaurant, and numerous recreational opportunities. In addition to traditional pitches, there are also luxury mobile homes, sleeping barrels, and safari tents. Even outside of the bathing season, the lake is a popular spot for walks, jogging, or simply relaxing in nature. In winter, when it's cold enough, the lake sometimes freezes over and becomes a natural ice skating rink. An idyllic place that delights both nature lovers seeking peace and quiet and active visitors!

Wonderful views await you at the Götzener Bergweg and Bärenmais crossroads. The view goes down to Innsbruck in the Inn valley and to the mountains behind it.

Open only until 4:00 PM. After that, it's extremely stressful and the wait times are very long.

The north side route is more challenging but also more beautiful.

From the 2,206 meter high Spitzmandl in the Stubai Alps you have a magnificent view.

From the summit cross you can see from Telfs to Schwaz and across the entire Nordkette.
