Castle of the Castell family. The castle park is privately owned by the Castell family and is only open to the public in the southern, landscaped section. However, the formally designed, private castle park is open to visitors on occasions such as the Casteller country house days or the Casteller wine festival, as well as on arranged tours.

The inner part of the park is designed in a strictly formal manner. A large avenue of linden trees runs through the entire length of the park as a central axis. Wonderful views over the Main loop

Very well maintained castle park with a stream. Vineyard vines were still in bloom and the lilacs were in full bloom.

A great hike! Along the Main, through natural forest areas and through the vineyards. There you have everything you need.

First-class view, especially at ☀️ of the Meinschleife, Nordheim am Main and Escherndorf and the vineyards 🍇. The wooden bench below the memorial stone, above the path and next to the rose hip bush invites you to take a seat, if not already occupied. In any case, a very idyllic place. On the way back we had 🍀 and could take a seat. You could even watch 🐭🐭 next door.
