The Roman Catholic parish church of Waizenkirchen is located in the market town of Waizenkirchen in the Grieskirchen district of Upper Austria. The church, dedicated to Saints Peter and Paul, belongs to the Peuerbach deanery.

The church was built as a stone structure at the end of the 8th century under the bishops of Passau. In the 18th century, the Gothic church fell victim to fire twice.
