Currently, the palace, the formerly multi-story main building of a medieval castle, is being covered with a new transparent roof structure. A fantastic and very impressive construction.

Beautiful garden terrace where a cozy chalet with a stove stands in winter.

Please note that the hiking trails along the railway line between Grellingen Chessiloch and Duggingen Lätten underpass are partially closed until further notice.

If you walk down Kaltbrunnentalstraße from Steffenplatz (belonging to the municipality of Himmelried), you have, at least in the upper part, this fantastic view of the Schwarzbubenland.

In addition to its scenic beauty, the Kaltbrunnental Valley is a great outdoor playground for families. The stream offers fun activities and children's canyoning, easy access to the water, and barbecue areas are available. A hot tip, especially in summer.
