A hall church with a recessed choir. A tower on the north side of the choir features an onion dome. The core is late Gothic. Remodeled by Dominikus Zimmermann in 1756/1757.

This Christmas market is filled only with local and domestic delicacies. I really liked the festival barn with the shows from music 🎶 and dance 💃 groups. No Asian kitsch.

The area is very beautiful and I really like the church in its neo-Gothic style. It looks much older than it actually is. Actually surprisingly young. The murder of the brothers of the order during the Korean War is tragic. Otherwise I can also recommend the nearby beer garden where inclusion is practiced.

The popular Türkenfeld Mountain Christmas takes place here every year during Advent, but before and after that, the Steingassen mountain, from which you have a wonderful view of Türkenfeld, the surrounding villages, Lake Ammersee and the Alps, is also worth a visit! Highly recommended!
