The best place to start crossing the Highline is at the Ehrenberg ruins. From here you can first have a look at the suspension bridge. If you don't have a ticket yet, you can buy one from the machine. Please note, cash only, for now. This is due to be changed.

From here you have a magnificent view over the valley and the surrounding mountains. You are actually already high enough, but the view from the tower is unbeatable.
