Great to cycle, no obstacles

the old railway line has already become a great bike path - unfortunately it's more of a dry spell in terms of gastronomy - at least on Mondays! References to supply stations are therefore welcome for everyone. I photographed some and published them on my Kocher-Jagst tour.

We first drove to Bad Wimofen via the Kraichgau. That was the first 85 km. We spent the night in Wimpfen and set out for the Jagst-Kocher cycle path the next morning. A great bike ride along the Jagst to Jagsthausen. The transition to the stove is a bit difficult, but our e-bikes helped us there. Beautiful villages and towns and the tour along the two rivers was beautiful. We drove 85 km, stayed overnight in Bad Wimpfen and drove to Heddesheim the next day, often along the Neckar. Another 75 km.

Very nice cycle path like almost all railway cycle paths. Special features are the preserved bridges and the route on the slope. Unfortunately, there are barriers at many road crossings. These make it unnecessarily difficult for large bikes (our tandem is about 2.8 m long, turning circle about 8 m). New railway cycle paths like the St. Wendlerland Weg show that there are other ways.
