I don't know if it's exactly this spot. There are benches on the side that invite you to linger. You can let your gaze wander over the lake and enjoy it.

One of “the” leisure hotspots in the Ruhr area. During the week there is almost always enough space for all visitors, whether on foot, on a bike or on inline skates.

Haus Scheppen on the south side is a popular meeting place for cyclists and motorcyclists. Two chip shops offer everything you need for a snack stop. On the north side by the outdoor pool there is the Tango kiosk which invites you to take a break.
