You can swim here for a small fee (€1 per child, €2 per adult). There is also a slide into the lake.

From here you have fantastic views of the Great Pönitzer Lake.

A cozy atmosphere, delicious cakes and pastries, and ice cream invite you to take a break. Enjoy a view directly across the lawn of the adjacent bathing area to the lake. Pretty outdoor terrace, self-service, very friendly and relaxed staff at the counter.

A large sunbathing lawn and a long jetty with a slide. Lifeguards are on duty to ensure everyone's safety. Unfortunately, the slide was closed today due to low water.

This can almost always be seen on the way along the lake. But sometimes the reeds are just too high. Bathing bays and a few benches invite you to linger.

Beautiful hike from HL-Travemünde to Niendorf/Baltic Sea on the steep coast of the Brodtener Kliff. Again and again very nice views of the Bay of Lübeck, the steep bank/cliff, its geology and the adjacent beach.
