Every year the Land Partie takes place on the grounds of Lembeck Castle. At five, the castle immerses itself in a world of garden, living and fashion. The castle complex does not open again until Easter. Admission €4.50 for adults. Children from 3 years €3.

The main entrance is on Wulfener Straße. An imposing building that is privately owned. The entrance fees allow it to be maintained and kept in good condition.

The café on the left, before the actual castle, offers an outdoor terrace. I personally enjoyed the cake very much, and the prices were reasonable.

The castle and the surrounding houses are very beautiful! You can also relax in the park!

The "Jugendburg" offers space for school classes as a hostel as well as many sports and leisure activities. I have to say: A really nice highlight that is worth a stop.

It can be assumed that Gemen Castle was built as a motte in the 9th or 10th century. The first documentary mention was made in 1274. Today's palace complex is a successor to this first castle.
