The beer garden in Ratzenhofen is in a great location and worth a visit. The food on offer was more than enough for me.

Very beautiful town right on the Altmühl, surrounded by three castles and a wonderful rocky backdrop. In addition to the Rosenburg with Falkenhof and the two ruins of Rabenstein and Tachenstein, there is still a lot to see in the small town. Whether hikers or cyclists, everyone gets their money's worth here, and there are historical buildings and very nice places to stop for refreshments in the city.

Beautiful complex with the remains of the once proud castle complex from the 11th century. The keep offers a magnificent view of the Altmühltal, the sometimes steeper climb is worth it and the €2 donation is definitely worth it.
