Rosenburg Castle is also home to the falconry, which offers flight demonstrations every day except Mondays at 11 a.m. and 3 p.m. It's beautifully done, but sometimes you have to duck your head.
Every day (except Monday) at 11am and 3pm, the unbelievable flying skills of eagles, vultures & co are demonstrated there.
The Zut restaurant is only accessible via the entrance to the Falkenhof.

Beautifully situated castle complex with falconry, flight demonstrations take place here almost every day (except Mondays) at 11:00 and 15:00. Admission ends at 4:30 p.m., take this into account when planning your tour. The castle's own museum is about the history of the Rosenburg and birds of prey as well as the entire local animal world. The entrance fee for the castle complex and flight demonstration is definitely worth it, and a visit to the castle inn is also recommended.
