The castle is home to the Hall Art Foundation, a great stop for art lovers. Changing contemporary art exhibitions await you within the castle walls, and a sculpture park is spread throughout the grounds. Well-maintained moated castle in the Weser Renaissance style, with a neo-Gothic extension. The castle and gardens are owned by the von Rössing family. The castle is inhabited, so no access, but there are good views of the park and castle on the north, west and east sides.

There isn't much left, but the place is really nice. Anyone who is sure-footed can walk around the fence. There are also benches for a short rest
