Very beautiful old town, the castle can be seen from far away coming from all directions. Restaurant, in modern German "event location" and venue for concerts and festivals.

The summit of the 620 m high Lämmerberg (or Wülzburger Berg) is located in the middle of the Wülzburg fortress. It is part of the low mountain range of the Franconian Alb, after the Laubbichel, the Steinberg and the Auf der Ebene the fourth highest elevation in the Weißenburg Alb and the fourth highest in the east of the Bavarian district of Weißenburg-Gunzenhausen.

The Wernfels Castle is always worth a hike, if only because of the breathtaking view that the very well-kept complex offers, in the complex there is a youth hostel with individual use, among other events for young and old.
