Wartha, a district of the Wartburg town of Eisenach. Situated on the left bank of the Werra River, the town is said to have received its name from an exclamation by Emperor Henry IV in 1075. It is located in the flat Werra floodplain. In the small town of Wartha (approx. 100 inhabitants), you'll find the beautiful farmsteads typical of this region along the Dortstrasse.
