Very worth seeing, you have to see it

Unfortunately the church was locked. The interior is magnificently furnished with a pulpit altar in white, blue and gold. I visited the church years ago. After a fire around 1740 destroyed the old manor house and almost the entire village, Gotthard Carl Friedrich von Peckatel had the two-story, nine-axis manor house built in the Baroque style on the north bank of the Middle Lake in 1749. At the same time, the remarkable church building was built opposite on an octagonal base. In 1761 Weisdin came into the possession of the Duke of Mecklenburg-Strelitz Adolph Friedrich IV. The estate was leased a few years later and the respective tenants lived in the castle. At the end of the 19th century, a winter garden with outside stairs was added to the building on the park side. After 1918, Weisdin became the property of the Grand Duke of Mecklenburg and became the property of the Free State of Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania. After 1945, the manor house served various uses, such as a cultural center, school and restaurant. The manor house was restored in 1997, and the ducal coat of arms in the gable triangle also shone in new splendor. South of the lake there is a ruined castle of the Knights of Peckatel.
