The garden was conceived, designed, and operated by veterinarian and journalist Dr. Hans-Joachim Andres, who sadly passed away in May 2022. The former art and sculpture garden can now only be viewed from the path. The rest area has since been relocated about 100 meters away.

If you like lost places, this is the right place for a photo session. You can walk around the rusty train with 3 wagons and have a good look into the wagons. Some of the steps and floor are still there and are load-bearing.
