Graffiti – completely legal and colorful – brings more color to Plön's market square. Commissioned by the "Beautiful Plön" initiative (ISP), artist Harald Boigs has transformed three of the city center's drab gray electrical boxes, spray-painting and painting them with architectural motifs of Plön.
