Seven Bridges Road in Duluth, Minnesota, is a scenic stretch of road located in the eastern part of the city, leading into the Amity Creek area. The road is named for its seven unique, historic stone bridges, each crafted from local materials. These bridges span Amity Creek, offering stunning views of waterfalls, forests, and the surrounding hills. This winding road is a popular destination year round, but is especially popular in the autumn, when the area becomes a vibrant display of fall colors. In the winter from November to May, the road is closed to cars, making it a cool (sometimes literally!) spot to ride for adventurous cyclists.

Split Rock Lighthouse is the most popular attraction in the state park that bears its name. The lighthouse was built in 1910 and overlooks Lake Superior. There are tours available to go into the lighthouse and learn more about its history.

Gooseberry Falls State Park is littered with lots of different waterfalls and cascades, but this is by far the easiest viewing area to get to (and one of the best collections of waterfalls in the park). There are three main cascades that you can see from this viewing area that have something to offer all year long.

This little park sits along an overlapping portion of the Superior Hiking Trail and the Lakewalk, which stretches for miles along Lake Superior's shoreline. It's a great spot to watch ships coming and going under the Duluth Aerial Lift Bridge.
