La Mola Lighthouse rises 22 metres high on a 158-metre cliff above the Mediterranean Sea at the eastern end of Formentera. The lighthouse houses a museum space dedicated to maritime heritage, presenting exhibitions on the history of navigation and the role of lighthouses.

Nice spot to stop the bike and have a tour in the city center that is not so bikable!

This section of the route is marked as a moderately difficult bike tour without much knowledge. It's impossible to do with regular bikes! The terrain is uneven and the gradients are up to 20%. Some sections no longer exist, having been closed or privatized. For active mountain bikers, preferably with e-bikes, it's OK, but not a typical bike tour. The area is beautiful if you can enjoy it and aren't constantly wondering how to get back onto paved paths.

April is a super quiet time to be here, only 1or 2 hotels are open. Alot of the bars and beach shops are still shut or just in the early stages of opening, The locals are just getting ready for the season to open in May. everyone is super nice and chilled that we met. Most hotels have there own shop/bakery available if open. but it's the start of a lovely coastal walk.
