The Sentiero di Gandria or dell'Olivo is a beautiful route that connects Castagnola to Gandria, on the shore of Lake Lugano. The path, a few steps from the water, winds through olive trees and gardens. Absolutely worth doing.

This beautiful cycle/pedestrian path runs along Lake Lugano between Agno and Magliaso Paese. From the path you can clearly see the Brè and Boglia mountains which stand out on the opposite bank.

Magnificent view of the city of Lugano, Sans Salvatore and even, on a clear day, of Pointe Dufour. The last part is not asphalted for around 500m, but it is okay, even on a road bike.
