On hot summer days, you can quickly cool off here in the Nahe. Continuing towards Staudernheim, you'll pass the Herrenhof (a solitary stone house). The delicious cake and cappuccino are worth a stop. Shortly before Staudernheim, you can turn left onto a disused railway bridge over the Nahe River and join the beautiful Glan Cycle Path. You'll pass Meisenheim (with its picturesque old town) and Lauterecken. In the latter village, it's worth visiting the small brewery in the old train station, right next to the cycle path. If you're planning a longer tour in the Northern Vosges, the Glan-Blies Cycle Path is the perfect choice!
