A little difficult to find, but if you can move freely across the meadows with GPS, you will also find the source of the Thames.

The source of the Thames is a little difficult to find because it is in the middle of cultivated meadows. We had to take a little detour because there were huge combine harvesters driving right through the meadows. However, once you cross the field, you will find a fenced-in area where the spring is marked. We were there in midsummer, so there was no water bubbling here. Another new experience: a spring without water.
