Here, on a poor paved road between Cevico Navero and Antiguedad, you will find the small monument to Lance Armstrong. I'm not sure about the history of this monument but it's not what I expected to see here.

Hérmedes de Cerrato is one of many small towns that has seen its population decline in the last 50 to 70 years. At one time it had a population of over 700 but has now been reduced to around 70. This does not make it any less interesting to visit. It has a charming little church, the Ermita de la Virgen de la Era and is surrounded by hills and fields.

This site was in ruins until 2007 when it was rebuilt. Its origins date back to the 10th century.

Here you will find a small and charming town surrounded by fields and forests. While you are here, visit the Church of Our Lady of Peace which dates back to the 12th century.

Romanesque-style Catholic temple dating from the 12th century, although it has been reformed several times over the centuries. It is interesting to observe the main façade with the cover that still presents its Romanesque origins.

Architectural complex dating from the 10th century. Although for many years it was forgotten and its state was left in ruins, in 2007 a rehabilitation project was carried out to bring it back to life and give this location a social and cultural use for the inhabitants of Cevico Navero.

Built in the 14th century, the fortification was part of the defensive line of the Esgueva and had the objective of protecting the entrance to the valley. It has gone through different owners throughout its history, including the Marqués de Lorca. In the 1970s, it was used as a grain store, but it is currently restored and empty inside, under the ownership of the Encinas Town Hall.
