Shaded with good views of the Ter River

Very curious temple due to its proportions. It has preserved its entire structure in its primitive elements. The only tagline made in the course of its history was the belfry on the wall opposite the apse. Rectangular plan with a single nave crowned to the east by a semicircular apse. It is covered with a barrel vault reinforced by a single main arch. The covers were non-existent; that of the nave has been resolved with Arab tiles while that of the apse is with stone slabs very well cut and jointed. Below this cover there is a course of very regular rectangular stones placed in the restoration as a cornice. The closing wall of the nave at the eastern corner rises above the roof level. The apparatus is made of limestone ashlars, squared and of very irregular sizes, arranged in irregular courses held with lime mortar. The entrance door opens at noon, resolved with a semicircular arch made of well-cut voussoirs. In this same corner there is a semicircular window and another equal to the west corner that, with the one in the back of the apse, completes the lighting of the church.

As its name suggests, the Ter Industrial Museum, located in Manlleu, commemorates the industrial and natural history of the middle basin of the River Ter. The museum has three permanent exhibitions: The River Factory, The Industrial Society and The Mediterranean Rivers.

The building is a protected work as a cultural asset of local interest. I think it is the second most important sanctuary in Catalonia after the sanctuary of Montserrat.

Sant Genís d'Orís is a church in Orís (Osona) included in the Inventory of the Architectural Heritage of Catalonia. Description The Parish of Sant Genís is located in the upper part of the town.[1] It was built between 1791 and 1779, but, due to the French war, the works were not finished until 1821, with a Moretó style between baroque and neoclassical.[1] The church consists of a nave, with side chapels and a dome, and a slender bell tower, built from 1814. At the beginning of the Civil War it lost all the old altarpieces and images, except for the Gothic image of Santa Maria of Gràcia.[1] A 14th century Gothic image of the Virgin and Child is preserved there.[1] history This church replaced another one, documented since 943, which was behind the marshal's can, at the foot of the castle.[1]´ https://ca.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sant_Gen%C3%ADs_d%27Or%C3%ADs

SANT SALVADOR CHURCH OF BELLVER Sant Salvador de Bellver is a Romanesque church located at the north-eastern end of the municipality of Sant Boi de Lluçanès at the tip of a ridge that dominates the northern part of the Plana de Vic. It is a church of large proportions, divided by two lateral arches and covered with a slightly pointed vault, which ends with a semicircular apse, covered with a quarter-sphere vault. The sobriety of the architectural lines and the volume of the construction, resolved with large blocks, in a homogeneous structure and without interruptions of any kind, lacking additions from later periods, make the beauty of the style stand out even more, which is shown in the exterior ornamentation of the apse, under the line of the cornice and in its windows. A sawtooth frieze is preserved in the apse and presents three series of nine blind arches separated by Lombard bands. Two windows also open, one in the east sector and the other in the south sector, both formed by arches in degradation. These windows form slits on the inside and folds outwards. https://turisme.llucanes.cat/visiteu/esglesia-de-sant-salvador-de-bellver/ https://ca.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sant_Salvador_de_Bellver

The castle of Orís is of all the peaks in the area the most original and unmistakably shaped. The panorama seen from the castle justifies the small effort of the ascent. In spite of being so broken up and damaged, the ruins of Orís Castle, strategically located close to the cliff of its cut cliff, still allow us to read old structures and are a wide field for the imagination. In its remains, at least four well-differentiated periods of construction stand out. In the west-southern corner you can see the remains of walls and the floor plan of the chapel of Sant Pere, from the Romanesque period, probably from the s. XII; towards the east, protected by a late Gothic wall, there is a large chamber, half buried, with a pointed vault of primitive Gothic type; and the highest and well-preserved wall, on the tramuntana side, shows several periods of construction that extend from the 15th to the 17th century. The ensemble of the ruins shows a grandeur that is still present in the midst of the present prostration; on the other hand, you can enjoy a superb view of a large part of the region. Currently the remains are protected with fences which gives you an unpleasant feeling of being caged.

The current church that we see replaces the old one, already existing in 943, which was a few hundred meters away from the current one on top of a hill. Construction began in 1791, partly due to an increase in population, but it was not finished until 1821 due to the Napoleonic Wars. It is a neoclassical-baroque type church, and during the Civil War it lost all the old altarpieces and images, with the exception of a Gothic image of Santa Maria.
