400年の変遷を経て、数多くの所有者を抱えてきたこの穀物製粉所。数年前までは稼働しており、地元のパン屋に納品していました。今日では、訪れる価値のある製粉所ショップがあり、様々な穀物製品を購入することができます。

森の端にあるかわいらしい休憩所。座席グループ、地域のジャガイモ栽培に関する情報標識、そして美しい景色があります。

💧 Glan River Loops – Natural Elegance in Gentle Movement The Glan River winds its way through the landscape between hills, fields, and meadows in wide curves – sometimes leisurely, sometimes lively, but always close to nature. The loops offer beautiful photo opportunities and peaceful moments right by the water. Ideal for nature lovers and anyone who appreciates tranquility. Tip: The most beautiful views are often from slightly elevated field paths – especially in morning mist or golden evening light.

🎨 Art by the Lake No. 4 – "Elements" by Pierre de Soleil This powerful sculpture on the shores of Lake Ohmbach is by the French artist Pierre de Soleil and is part of the "Art by the Lake" project. The elements intertwine in an abstract form – a symbol of balance, change, and the connection between nature and humanity. Tip: Take a moment and look at the sculpture from different angles – it unfolds its full effect especially in changing light.

This is a private chapel completed in 2021. The architectural firm Wandel Lorch Götze Wach designed it for the entrepreneur Klaus Backes.

A good place to stop is the bench. Here you can still see the remains of an old quarry. There's also an information board about it.

The award-winning trail is 17 km long and features the impressive Elendsklamm Gorge as its highlight. It's a prime example of what the power of water has created in the Palatinate Mountains. The tour is well worth it!
