Ancient Romanesque church. The population of Mendrisio is very attached to this monument. In November the traditional Fiera di San Martino is held around the meadows of the Church. Very popular fair.

The chapel of Santa Margherita in campo is located a stone's throw from the Italian border in the open countryside. It probably belonged to the monasteries of Como along with other assets. It has been documented since 1437, but almost certainly dates back to the Romanesque era (10th-12th century)

15km climb with an average gradient of 7.3% with no closed-end traffic, pay attention to the asphalt, especially when going downhill.
