Sanahuja Castle is an impressive fortress located in the Segarra region, in the province of Lérida. This castle, which stands on a hill overlooking the town of Sanahuja, has a rich history dating back to the 11th century. Over the centuries, the castle has undergone various construction phases, including its transformation into a bishop's palace in the 16th and 17th centuries. Noteworthy from this period is the five-eyed bell tower, which served as a bell tower until 1929.

A highly recommended old town to walk around and sit on a terrace to recharge your batteries after a very demanding stage of the TdL.

Rocabandera is a mountain of more than five hundred and forty meters high that is located at the top of the town of Sanaüja and where on a clear day, you can see incredible views.

Beautiful town not only because of its location but also because of its castle which predominates above the rest and which can be seen from any point upon arrival.

Castle that is located at the top of the same nucleus and that has been one of the key points for the development of the population until today. Nowadays only the bell tower can be seen, but in the past it was a large wall that surrounded the mountain. It is found taking the road heading east.

Playa Mayor, located in the historic center of Solsona, hosts the main festivals of the town. In addition, on Tuesdays and Fridays it becomes the center of activity, establishing a weekly market here in which fresh vegetables abound.

Interesting Plaça Major as you enter through the Porta del Ponte as the whole square is downhill and ramping along the coast of the hill.
