English: At the foot of the 11th-century church, overlooking a breathtaking panorama of Lake Geneva and the Alps, a plot of land belonging to the municipality was transformed into La Vigne du Monde (The Vineyard of the World) in 1996. Since then, each year, the winemakers welcome a guest country whose typical grape varieties are planted on one of the micro-terraces that make up this international vineyard. In 1996, Savoie kicked things off, and La Vigne du Monde featured Mondeuse Blanche and Noire, Viognier, Roussanne, Altesse, and Cabernet Sauvignon. A year later, the guests of honor were Ukraine and Georgia. Portugal, Spain, Romania, and Luxembourg are just a few of the European countries that have been featured. Argentina and South Africa have allowed non-European grape varieties to make their appearance at the foot of the Féchy church steeple. In 2011, New Zealand joined the project, adding another continent to the mix. Ultimately, no fewer than 58 grape varieties are carefully tended by the winemakers of the municipality. In September, these grapes are harvested and then vinified separately to create a special cuvée. A lovely viewpoint at the entrance to the Aubonne Arboretum. A little further on, you can find something to eat, restrooms, and a visit to the wood museum.

This section in the undergrowth along the river is entirely covered with wood chips, which avoids mud and allows you to do the fitness course comfortably if you want.

Located in the Aubonne Arboretum, the museum showcases the tools and expertise of various craftsmen such as lumberjacks, carpenters, joiners, coopers, luthiers, clog makers, and basket makers. These collections illustrate the ingenuity of past generations in the use of wood. The museum is open Tuesday through Sunday, as well as on public holidays, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. without interruption.

Easy to access. There is a noticeboard nearby which had a list of events coming up.

Exceptional view of the lake and the mountains at Rolle. You can also admire the beautiful Rolle Castle - a medieval fortress built in the 13th century.
